This high-level meeting focuses on science diplomacy for advancing cooperation and dialogue in the Mediterranean. The Conference will be under the shared coordination of the UfM, the Arab League and the European Union, jointly working on this dossier for the first time. The goal of the seminar is to present and discuss initiatives on how research, science and innovation can be transformative engines for dialogue and sectorial cooperation in the Euro-Mediterranean region.

Here’s a quick snapshot of what the International Mediterranean Day logo can and can’t be used for.

  • The logo can be used by groups and organizations who like to align themselves with the International Mediterranean Day. It is to be used at events that in no way bring disrepute to the Mediterranean Day promoted values. It is also used for demonstrating support and involvement through non-saleable, non-commercial products and resources that promote or support Mediterranean Day aims and objectives.
  • The logo must not be used for any form of merchandising to generate commercial gain or sale of products. It must also not be used in association with any form of harmful, violent or illegal activity. To report breaches, please email communication@ufmsecretariat.org
