Mediterranean Forum of Local Governments and Business – 2024 edition
Mediterranean Forum of Local Governments and Business – 2024 Edition – (www.mediterraneanforum.com)
The Mediterranean Forum of Local Governments and Business has now reached its fifth general days. This year we had the honour to have the support of MP Lorenzo Cesa, President of the Italian Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly. The Forum’s speakers have exceeded 150 speaker in recent years, coming from 12 countries, representing everything from small local realities to bodies such as the United Nations, NATO, UNESCO, the European Parliament, etc.
The Mediterranean Forum supports the three main stakeholders of the civil economy, i.e. Institutions, Businesses and NGOs, from all the nations bordering the Mediterranean Sea.
This is done through the exchange of good practices, and the stimulation of each stakeholder to create a system with new and innovative synergies. This process is the way to respond actively and dynamically to this particular moment of political and humanitarian crisis, in the Mediterranean area but also globally.
Every problem is an opportunity for change.
The Mission therefore remains that of creating an operational and systemic network to create new and innovative synergies between Local Authorities, Businesses, Professionals and Associations of the different territories belonging to the Euromed area.
The Mediterranean Forum is inspired by the 2030 Agenda and the principles of Civil Economy, and is the first Mediterranean think tank on the subject matter.
