Jornadas Campus Mare Nostrum “Cambio Climático y Agroalimentación: una responsabilidad compartida”

The Campus Mare Nostrum (CMN) Conference “Climate Change and Agri-Food: A Shared Responsibility ” is organized by the CMN Office, between the University of Murcia and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena.

The event will be a meeting place to discuss the most important aspects and challenges facing the agri-food sector in the Mediterranean area, evaluating the need to redirect the production and agri-food models towards more sustainable models. The event will count on the participation of researchers and representatives of the administration, industry professionals, and professional organizations.

This conference is held within CMN’s action pole “research and innovation to achieve sustainable agri-food”. It is organized around two roundtables in the morning on the environment, sustainable agriculture and livestock and a roundtable in the afternoon about innovation for more sustainable food industry and dietary changes to respect the environment and contribute to more sustainable food systems.
