EBSOMED aims at boosting the Mediterranean business ecosystem, promoting an inclusive economic development by enhancing the private sector and investments in the Southern Neighbourhood Countries, improve the overall management capacity of Mediterranean Companies and Business Support Organizations (BSOs) through enhanced services and quality standards.
ABOUT MED BUSINESS DAYS 2021:
A gathering of the Italian, European and Mediterranean Economic operators, Business leaders of SMEs and BSOs representatives of their countries, in the aftermath of the pandemic to foster economic recovery throughout Italy and the EuroMed region.
Taking place in Milano on 2nd and 3rd December 2021, the event features different sessions ranging from keynotes, panels and cross-sectoral discussions, B2B meetings and networking opportunities.
The matchmaking event, hosted by CONNEXT 2021, is organized by BUSINESSMED – Union of Mediterranean Confederations of Enterprises in cooperation with CONFINDUSTRIA – General Confederation of the Italian Industry and focusing on “Business operators’ role in boosting economic recovery in the Mediterranean”
The event will kick off jointly with CONNEXT 2021. Following the opening, the first day of the event will be structured around 4 main drivers and themes that are deeply rooted in the current context and namely, Renewable Energy, Digital and ICT sector, Infrastructure and Research, Development, and Innovation within the Health sector.
The different sessions will provide an insight into the Mediterranean markets and their specifications by outlining the expertise and attractiveness of the region in terms of investments and sustainable partnerships.

The thematic sessions will present a unique platform for investments and access to finance further to the opportunities to exchange with experts on the tackled sectors. Following each session, recommendations will be formulated and shared.
During the second day, a panel discussion on the role of Digitalization as a driver for Internationalization, presenting also the Business Country Desk platform combining a vibrant marketplace with space for networking and brokerage, as well as interactive sessions on the services offered.
Up to 200 pre-booked B2B meetings are expected giving opportunities to talk with representatives from startups, corporates and investors receiving advice on market development and access to foreign markets.
