Mediterranean Day: the best practices made in Italy for the defense of the sea
- Country: Italy
- City: Rome
The meeting will be an opportunity for debate between institutions, the third sector, and the world of research and business to put in place concrete actions for the defence of the sea. Best practices of green & blue economy made in Italy that offer positive prospects for achieving the UN 2030 Agenda Goals will be presented.
Among the initiatives presented and to be discussed, will be included:

– Systems for the collection of plastics along Italian rivers by means of floating barriers and innovative systems for the collection of plastics in the sea;
– Innovative container transport systems in the Mediterranean and projects for the production of sustainable renewable energy.
