InterArts; Reclaiming our Mediterranean

Start date: 11/29/2021
End date: 11/29/2021

In light of the Mediterranean day, this is an invitation for the “InterArts” performance; Reclaiming our Mediterranean through arts for dialogue.

What to expect?
• Community performance that combines visual arts and performing arts.
• Live debate with the artists.
• Networking that consists of food and beverage coming from various backgrounds and stories from the Mediterranean region
• The performance will be streamed online via the Anna Lindh Foundation and Povod’s Facebook Pages in Slovenia.

What do we mean by reclaiming our Mediterranean?
• Reflecting on our Mediterranean identities within its global scope
• Reclaiming the narratives of the past present and future. Challenging binarism and profiling. Combating all forms of discrimination and mainly discrimination based on ethnicity and gender. This is through the various forms of resilience toward inclusive and just cities across our Mediterranean region.
• Tackling our common visions and challenges through arts for dialogue on environment, climate justice, social justice, and global justice.
